WARM UP (REPEAT 2X):

  • 20 Jumping Jacks

  • 10 Air Squats

  • 10 Front Lunges (5 each leg)

  • 10 Push Ups

WORKOUT: HEAVY ROPE PROGRESSION
30 sec rest between sets
1 minute rest between circuits
Complete Circuit 4x Total

  • 2 Min Freestyle (1/2 LB)

  • 1 Min Freestyle (1 LB)

  • 30 Sec Freestyle (2 LB)

  • 150 Push Ups *Complete at the end of the workout
